We offer EASY returns!
Pay attention to some of the competitors return policies. Some of them will charge you for the "Free Shipping" that they offered at the time of sale. Or, they automaticlally charge a restock fee. K9 E-Collars does not do this.
Items may be returned (WITH NO RESTOCKING FEES OR RMA NEEDED) within 30 days of purchase. Items must be in new condition and include original paperwork and packaging. Any returns failing to meet the return requirements (such as excessive wear or any missing items) will be subject to a 15% fee towards the refund total. Or, the item will be returned to the customer and no refund will be given at K9 E-Collars discretion. Any extra expenses incurred by K9 E-Collars for failure to follow the return requirements may be charged to the customer. Return shipping charges are customers responsibility.
